I get this question often. Would reiki or theta healing be better for me? It depends on the issue and what your goal is for your situation.

Reiki is a Japanese relaxation technique that triggers the body’s natural healing response. It is helpful for pain relief, anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. Afterward, people have a slower heart rate, lower blood pressure, and a drop in stress hormones. Also, their immune systems seem to work better. Reiki is sometimes used to help conditions like cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, infertility, Crohn’s disease, heart disease, and disorders that affect the brain; like Parkinson’s or Huntington’s disease.

Theta Healing is working with a client in a theta brainwave state to identify and shift limiting beliefs that are holding her back in life. So if there is a repeated pattern of behavior you want to stop or resentment you are ready to let go of, theta healing would be beneficial.

Your subconscious's only job is to keep you safe and controls 90% of your actions. If your subconscious is not aligned with your conscious mind, you will self-sabotage your efforts. This is where Theta Healing is used to identify the limited belief. Through a very focused guided mediation, we can shift the limited belief and introduce a more productive one in its place.
