Reiki Renewal started in 2013, but I first learned how to channel Reiki in 2009. During this process, I began to see changes in myself. I began to sleep better and longer. This was entirely of an accomplishment since I was a 20+ year insomniac. After all, 3 hours of sleep on Ambient was considered a good night for me. Through this renewal from Reiki, I found I didn’t get angry as quickly, and I had more patience when dealing with daily challenges. People around me began to notice. I knew others would benefit from reiki and I needed to share this with others. 

I explored many different Reiki traditions, including Usui, Shamanic, Karuna, Holy Fire III, Animal Reiki, and Holy Fire III Karuna. Each path gave me valuable knowledge and techniques to enhance my practice. While these traditions have similarities in healing and energy work, they also have unique qualities. I enjoy combining these traditions to create customized sessions for my clients. I believe that everyone's energy needs are unique, and by combining different Reiki traditions, I can offer a personalized experience. Whether it's a gentle touch or a spiritual connection, I can meet each individual's specific requirements and desires. I am grateful for the opportunity to blend these traditions together. Each client brings their own story and energy, and by using various Reiki techniques, I can support their journey toward balance, restoration, and renewal.

In November 2019, I embarked on a transformative journey when I made the decision to complete my training with Raven Keyes Medical Reiki International (RKMRI) and become a Certified Medical Reiki Master. This remarkable training program provided me with not only the essential skills and knowledge of Medical Reiki but also a deep understanding of its application in clinical settings, including the highly sensitive environment of the operating room.

RKMRI established the gold standard for Reiki in medical facilities. Dr. Oz collaborated with Raven Keyes to co-create these standards. Together, they elevated Reiki into modern healthcare. By adhering to protocols, Reiki integrates seamlessly into conventional medicine, fostering a holistic approach. As a Medical Reiki Master, I confidently bring healing power to clinical settings. I uphold gold standards and advocate for global integration. Reiki's impact on patients reinforces its place in modern medicine, and I'm honored to be part of this movement.

Another healing modality I use is the ThetaHealing® Meditation Technique, a powerful and transformative approach to healing. This technique incorporates the fascinating principles of "Theta" and "Delta" brainwaves, drawing upon the realms of physics and quantum physics. Through focused prayer and deep meditation, ThetaHealing® helps individuals identify and release limiting beliefs that are deeply ingrained in their subconscious mind. By unraveling these beliefs, true healing and transformation become possible. As a certified ThetaHealing® Practitioner and Instructor, I am honored to guide individuals on their journey toward self-discovery and empowerment.

Since I was young, I've always been sensitive to the energy around me. I could feel others, even those who have passed away, in a way that felt mysterious and natural. Sometimes, I would get glimpses of future events, like pieces of a puzzle coming together. But as a kid, I couldn't fully understand what these psychic premonitions meant. As I grew up, my spiritual path became clearer, and I realized the true power of my gift. I decided to embrace my gifts and develop my psychic mediumship, using my abilities to bring healing and comfort to those who have lost loved ones. Helping others find closure and inner peace has become my life's purpose.

When I work with clients, my main goal is to support and understand them as they grieve. Losing someone we love is tough and painful. I create a safe space where people can freely share their feelings, ask questions, and get the validation they need to heal. I have a strong connection with Angels, Guides, and departed loved ones in the spirit realm. This connection allows me to pass on messages, insights, and guidance from these higher realms to those seeking spiritual reassurance and comfort.

I offer sessions in person or remotely through technology like Zoom. My dedication is to give my clients peace and understanding. Every reading is done respectfully as I tap into the spiritual connections and provide evidence to identify the departed. This creates a beautiful and profound expression of love and spiritual growth.
